Did not meet expectations.
Breakfast was OK Location is fine. No complaints on that.
1) i booked room for 1N thru booking.com without B/Fast. B/fast charges were mentioned 899+taxes separately on the app But i was charged 999+taxes which is higher . On asking i was told the TARRIFS ARE NOT UPDATED ON THE APP ... this was a ridiculous answer . who is responsible fr it ? I should hv been charged as per the rate mentioned on the app at the time of booking !!!! Although differential amount is not much , but this should not hv happened considering we are delaing with a 5 start property here ..... 2) the room assigned to me was 5030 at the FAG END OF THE 5th floor. the room seemed neglected & not done up properly with basic amenities missing from the washroom. There was a stink in the room as it had not been used or aired in quite a while 3) NOT AT ALL HYATT STANDARD . PLS DO SOMETHING I am a regular visitor to Ludhiana & always stay at Hyatt as i used to find it a good hotel with pleasant experience. But since last 2-3 stays i find the quality is deteriorating .

Mohsin supervisor was really nice to us . He made sure we were comfortable with breakfast . Thank you Mosin for the love
This location is Next to the mall so that is convenient. Also , housekeeping staff is nice and breakfast supervisor Mohsin is very friendly along with his breakfast staff.
We stayed here for 9 days and we were here to make memories with our family and friends. We were not allowed to take pictures within the property which was really disappointing. We were not allowed to take our own camera to the room and the front office manager came running to us asking us not to take our camera to the room . They wanted to keep the camera in their back office which was really bad as why would we keep our expensive camera with them during the stay ? We only wanted to click pictures with our family after the dinner in the lobby and the front office manager said to us that night “ you guys can click pictures outside in the cold “. Guests stay at hotels to make memories not to feel caged and this was a really bad experience as no other property does this . Everyone has cameras now days and we were really really sad about how we were made feel. Komal at the front desk is not professional at all and always made us feel uncomfortable with her attitude . She is not at all friendly and always seemed very irritated when approached for anything. Cleanliness was not up to the mark when we first checked in and for a 5 star hotel we expected more . Housekeeping did take care of it later on but upon check in it was dusty and shower was throwing dirty water.
